The Falls Hotel & Inn, Niagara Falls

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb and within walking distance of all Clifton Hill attractions, but I had concerns about the property's condition and safety. The rooms, though spacious and tidy, had an unpleasant smell. The service was lacking, as basic customer care was missing, and the dining options were limited.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was great, close to attractions, but the hotel felt a bit dated. The rooms were spacious with double beds, though cleanliness could have been better. The dining experience was average, but breakfast at a nearby restaurant was good. Service was somewhat disorganized. The amenities were decent, but some facilities needed maintenance.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be conveniently located within minutes to Clifton Hills, with the added convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room, which I always appreciate. However, the view from the room was not great. Service was excellent, thanks to the understanding and quick action of William and Kate. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and amusements, but the room itself was mediocre in terms of cleanliness. Dining options were a bit of a trek to get to, but the breakfast was good.

The hotel offers motor court style rooms that fulfill their purpose well, with free breakfast making it a great budget option. However, keep in mind the inconvenience of carrying luggage outside and up stairs. Service is friendly and helpful, promptly addressing concerns. The location is perfect, but the pool temperature can be inconsistent. Dining options are limited but decent for the value. Overall, a good choice for the price with some minor upkeep issues.
